There are so many more than qualified people in the world today who could without a doubt become extremely successful and generate gigantic amounts of wealth, if only they did not give up or quit doing the required work necessary to produce their desired success.
How do you stop a quitter? I don’t know.
How do you keep a person from giving up on themselves? I don’t know.
How do you motivate an unmotivated human being? I don’t know.
If you ever learn the correct and proven answers to these three questions, please let me know. The answers would be worth a lot of money, they would be extremely valuable information for any leader to possess and use.
The truth is that only God can look into a person’s heart and see what is really right or wrong in their thinking and decision making processes.
The fact of the matter is that Success…true and lasting success…can only come from the inside out of any given person….of any given individual.
That is exactly why there is no such thing as surrogate success. No one can succeed for you.
You can only succeed for yourself. You cannot succeed for anyone else. No matter who you are, what your name is, or how much you would like to have another person make it big,….you can only make it big for yourself.
Let’s talk about some general areas of importance regarding personal success:
1. Success is not an accident. It is not a casual occurrence. It does not
attack you.
2. Success Is A Planned Event.
3. Success will happen for you as long as you:
a. Get started in a process of achieving it Right Now,…and….
b. Never Never Quit!
Your personal Success is totally your choice.
SUCCESS comes to those who become SUCCESS CONSCIOUS.
FAILURE comes to those who indifferently allow themselves to become
FAILURE CONSCIOUS.
You only go in life where your mind is focused.
You must always remember who the only person is who makes such purposed choices as to the success levels in your life. Oh, let’s see,….if only you had a mirror, the accurate answer would be revealed to you.
Because Success is a planned event, you obviously need a proven plan to achieve your desired success. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO SUCCEED WITHOUT A PROVEN PLAN.
But you had better first make a decision that you are going to become successful, that you are going to pay full price to achieve your desired success, and that you will not, under any circumstances, stop short of your desires before the job is completed. That’s It Period!!
You see special friends, the process of accomplishing your own success must first really begin with a decision. It has to be an unchangeable decision that you are going to make it to your planned destination. A decision that you are not ever going to allow yourself to be distracted, derailed, detoured, or stopped. You cannot ever achieve your desired levels of success if you are wishing to get where you want to go….or….if you are haphazardly attempting to get there.
Success is defined as the progressive realization of a worthwhile dream or goal. The definition in itself suggests that a dream must first be in place and some sort of goal setting process must be utilized to achieve it.
By definition, a dream is a prerequisite. So after first deciding that you are going to become successful, then it follows as sure as night follows day, that you must have a clearly identified dream or worthwhile goal on which you can focus your thoughts and energies to achieve.
So many people who attempt to achieve success never go through these first two preliminary steps or phases before they start their process toward successful achievement.
Sorry, even the finest precision race cars must first have fuel before they can race as they were originally designed to run. Is your “dream tank” full….before you begin your race?
Wishing and hoping to become successful may get you started on the road to success, but it will not sustain you and keep you moving. There are many pot-holes, detours, distractions, and accidents that can and will happen as you journey along. You must be able to mentally and physically focus on the required work ethics to permit the achievement of your success.
Do you see now why it is said that Success is a journey,…it is not a destination?
So make a decision right now that you are going to become successful. Then develop a mighty dream, one that is so big, so clear, and so important to you that you cannot live without it….that you have to have it.
Make certain that your dream is so big that you cannot achieve it all alone. Make certain your dream is so big that you need the help and assistance of other people to enable you to accomplish it. Oh and one other most important of all points to remember. Always have a dream so big that it has room for God to be included in the achieving of it. If you do that, I promise you will be glad that you did!
God is sovereign. He is omnipotent and omnipresent. He is everywhere with everybody all of the time. He specializes in performing in a different, greater and grander ways and means than does man. With God, All Things Are Possible. That is exactly why you need to include Him in the building of your own personal dreams and goals.
I might also add that the pay is always much greater and better when you let God keep the books! You be faithful and obedient to the instructions of God and the use of His Laws as you passionately pursue your dreams and goals, and He will richly and greatly bless and reward you.
