No man has the power or the ability to look inside another person’s mind to see what he or she is thinking or what they are about to do with their life. That one ability has been reserved only for God Almighty. It would be nice if mortal man could do that very thing, but he cannot. There is just a simple power, that only God understands, within each and every living thing on the earth. This hidden power has the ability to produce a seed (it makes no difference the size of the seed) and that seed has the God-given creative power within it to reproduce in like kind, the very thing from which the seed comes.
There are some mysteries in life to which man does not know the answers.
This is why a person must learn to trust God and believe in His ultimate all encompassing strength and power to assist him whenever he does not have the answers for himself.
God gave mankind His written Word by which to live out his life on earth. He gave all of his creation a free will of choice in all of their own decisions and dealings. So He (God) selected forty different authors and then directed them to write what He wanted disclosed to the masses of people. They were all recorded in 66 different books which were then combined into one separate publication that became known to the world as the Holy Bible. The Bible was initially written in several different languages, over approximately 1500 years of time. No one has ever found one single contradiction or error in all of it combined. There are hundreds of different prophesies throughout all of the Bible, and every one of them that has actually occurred has perfectly matched its prophesied outcome, precisely and with all the elements and timing perfectly correct, just as it was originally prophesied. The Bible is accurate. It is the true word of God, the Creator of the Universe, and you can trust what it says and rely on the promises of God that are recorded within it.
If you want to insure you live a life of joy and happiness and real success, then you must read and feed on the Word of God every day and thoroughly ponder all that you read so as to fully understand it and then be able to apply its teachings. That effort is definitely going to take some work on your part, but for certain that work will be worth the effort and it will greatly profit the person who studies and follows the instructions from God to man.
God Almighty is always very specific and very direct. They are no grey areas within the instructions of God that have been given to man. A person never has to guess or try to figure out what God is trying to communicate to any and all readers.
Permit me to provide you with a prime example of what I am telling you. God is never teaching or equipping a person to become unsure or timid. He does offer suggestions through His powerful written Word. He always tells it just like it is and just how He wants things to be done. Here is what I mean. It is recorded in the Book of Colossians, Chapter 3, verses 22–25 NKJV:
(22) “Bondservants, obey in all things your masters according to
the flesh, not with eye service, as men-pleasers, but in
sincerity of heart, fearing God.
(23) And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not
(24) Knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of
the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
(25) But he who does wrong will be repaid for what he has done,
and there is no partiality.”
Please allow me to tell you what God is really telling us as applies directly to verse 23 above:
When we do the best we can, we never know what miracle is wrought in our life,…or in the life of another.
This is precisely why you should always do the right thing as instructed by God Almighty, and do it wholeheartedly in the correct and proper manner and way.
Perhaps a story would better anchor in your mind what I am attempting to tell you:
A Christian man was walking to church one night when he encountered four boys loitering on the street corner. He boldly invited all four of them to go to the church services with him. They did, and each of the boys also agreed to return to church with him the next Sunday. These four young men went on to become the nucleus of a Sunday School class that the man who had originally invited them to church began to teach.
Many years later, a group of the teacher’s friends decided to try to contact the four boys to see what had happened in their lives and to invite them to write a special birthday letter to their teacher to be read at a surprise party the friends had planned to hold for the Sunday School teacher. Their separate letters revealed that one of them had become a missionary to China, one was now the president of the Federal Reserve Bank, one was the private secretary to U.S. President Herbert Hoover, and the fourth was President Hoover himself!
If you were told to hold a handful of pine nuts in your own hand today, you could not begin to predict which of the seeds might actually sprout and produce a giant mature tree. It is simply amazing that such a large and towering tree might grow from such a small seed. But God’s ways are mightier and greater than are man’s ways. The only way to tell which nuts (seeds) have trees inside of them is to plant them!
When you plant random acts of kindness and generosity to others, you never know what mighty tree may grow from that small seed.
Remember the words of instruction from our God. “Sow abundantly and you shall reap abundantly.”
