BillG-Q“We agree with the Poet, Rudyard Kipling in keeping both “triumph” and “disaster,”... “success” or “failure,”... as imposters. Kipling also described keeping one’s head in the face of success, which is sometimes the more difficult task. Whenever you are discouraged, just remember that no matter how the situation looks or feels, things are not as bad as you may think. You are not losing as much as it seems you are right now even though you feel as though everything you have ever hoped or dreamed for has gone down the drain.

I will tell you something else,....you aren’t nearly as “hot” as you
thought you were a short time ago.

I am convinced that God, looks at us much the same way. He doesn’t get overly impressed with our successes, nor is He overly depressed by our failures. He is still the same whether we are on the mountain top or trudging through the valleys of life. Most people do not live perpetually on the triumphant experiences of life.”

SaraY-Q“I am convinced that if I had been healthier, I would not have been able to write the books I have written....There seems to be a sense of hopelessness creeping into many people’s mindsets as they look at problems in their lives and in world events. But the hope we can find in the Bible is a sturdy reality--no matter what is happening in our lives or in the world"
