\"\"<\/a>We live, unfortunately, in a society today that raises wimps, weenies, and mostly totally dependent children who just never seem to grow up and take personal responsibility for their own lives. What is really so sad, is that without the adequate knowledge of how to support themselves, these children eventually become adults, but still are unaware of their societal responsibilities to earn their own living and support their own lifestyle. Please note that I did not use the words, \u201cmature into adults.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

All throughout the Holy Scriptures, God gave us wonderful examples of family, family life, personal responsibility, order of responsibility, individual rights, and maturity into adulthood. He gave us those examples to follow and to use as a pattern for our own lives. All of these examples are identified and displayed throughout the Old and New Testaments….BUT… therein lie the problems……We as a society have forgotten God. We have neglected to teach our generations of children about God and about His life principles and laws. Consequently, out of ignorance, subsequent generations keep being disobedient to God\u2019s \u201crules of life\u201d because they do not know and understand them. It is the parents responsibility to teach their own children these laws, rules and precepts! These uneducated children then wonder why there are no blessings and rewards for them, as they hear about have been provided to the past generations. They are disobedient to God and His Laws, and yet they want to receive His blessings and rewards. They are expecting God to violate his own character and HE WON\u2019T DO IT! Permit me to ask you a question….Parents, would you ever reward a disobedient child?….Neither will God. The Creator of the Universe will never reward disobedience. The Adversary, Satan, will reward it as he lulls you further into disobedience and farther away from God Almighty. Be very careful to whom and to what you are listening and learning.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am only a businessman who knows and continually studies God\u2019s Word. I am not an ordained minister, a preacher, if you will, but I do not have to be one. I can read and understand the English language.<\/span><\/p>\n

Allow me to share with you what God has to say about YOUR personal responsibility to teach and train your own children about the ways of The Lord, about His rules of life, and about required obedience on their part to follow those rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is all laid out in The Book of Deuteronomy, Chapter 6, verses 1-9, NKJV: The Greatest Commandment<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) \u201cNow this is the commandment, and these are the statutes and judgments which the Lord your God has commanded to teach you, that you may observe them in the land which you are crossing over to possess,<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) that you may fear the Lord your God, to keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you, your son and your grandson, all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged.<\/span><\/p>\n

(3) Therefore hear, O Israel, and be careful to observe it, that it may be well with you, and that you may multiply greatly as the Lord God of your fathers has promised you\u2014\u2018a land flowing with milk and honey.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

(4) Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!<\/span><\/p>\n

(5) You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.<\/span><\/p>\n

(6) And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

(7) YOU SHALL TEACH THEM DILIGENTLY TO YOUR CHILDREN, AND SHALL TALK OF THEM WHEN YOU SIT IN YOUR HOUSE, WHEN YOU WALK BY THE WAY, WHEN YOU LIE DOWN, AND WHEN YOU RISE UP.<\/span><\/p>\n

(8) You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.<\/span><\/p>\n

(9) You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Now I would have to say that those instructions from The Lord are explicitly straight forward, requiring no further interpretation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parents! Do you see that it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to teach these \u201crules of life\u201d to your sons and daughters?….not someone else\u2019s responsibility. Not the public schools, not a neighbor\u2019s or a friend\u2019s, not the church, not a television evangelist, not anyone else\u2019s but YOUR\u2019S.<\/span><\/p>\n

Oh…Oh…How in the world do parents teach their own offspring that which they do not know themselves????? Do you now clearly understand why there is such a mess in the world in which live today?<\/span><\/p>\n

It is my most sincere prayer that some of you may now begin to understand why I started this blog and what I hope to accomplish by it.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you hunger and thirst after knowledge and understanding that you don\u2019t presently possess, your mind will begin to open up. The fog of ignorance will begin to lift. The Holy Spirit of God will begin to knock at the door of your heart. You will begin to see further than you have ever seen, hear more clearly than you have ever heard, and you will begin to grasp and understand that which has evaded you thus far in your life.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am beginning to sense a great movement of thought, a grand motion beginning to rise up within the confines of some of your brains, a thirst that you have never known before.<\/span><\/p>\n

Would anyone care for a drink?<\/span><\/p>\n
