There are so very many of them that simply do not want to work. Laziness and nonperformance have overtaken our society as a whole. If you don’t believe what I have said and what I mean, then just look around you wherever you go. I challenge you to ask an anonymous person somewhere near you for a little help,…ask for volunteers to do some extra work in your business, your church, or even at your children’s school,…or just ask some people you think are your friends or associates to lend a helping hand to whatever it is that you are doing and see how fast (or slow) they come running to your aid…even some family members. Please understand that I am not saying that all people are useless or unwilling to assist another person who is asking for help,…not at all. What I am saying is that the vast majority of people today are lazy and would rather play or do nothing than they would work.

Now if I am honest about myself I must admit that I used to think the same incorrect way (and suffer the same painful way) and basically miss out on all the great things that God originally had in store for me because of my ignorance about Him and His ways and about how important He designed work to be,…for the human being. I will tell you the truth of life. There is just no way any one human being can live on this earth and reach their full potential of achieving their personal success without knowing God and developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the one and only living Son of the living God!

Now if that statement is too bold for you,…just calm down and relax. I say this because work has been Divinely created and made for the exclusive use by man. God designed man at the Creation of the Universe. He designed man to work and earn his sustenance by the sweat of his own brow. Work is good for mankind. It creates a sort of personal fulfillment for the one doing the work. Performing a good work ethic gives man a sense of fulfilled blessing and reward. In order to feel good about yourself, you need to work and perform tasks that will in turn provide food, protection, and enjoyment for yourself and your loved ones. Remember, God made man and He made work for man to perform so as to give him a source of existence and satisfaction from knowing that performance precedes blessing and reward within His kingdom.

Let’s take a good and honest look at our society and culture today in America, and even around the world.
