TO RECEIVE THE PROPER ADVICE AND COUNSEL ON HOW<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>TO USE YOUR BUSINESS VEHICLE TO ACCOMPLISH YOUR<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>DREAMS AND GOALS.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To be able to accomplish these two requirements&#8230;.<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><b>You Need&#8230;&#8230;.A Good Coach<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">All really good leaders must grow and mature through a lengthy and grueling process of preparation, positioning, and readiness for their intended position.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Preparation is the foundation for success.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>If you consider yourself to be a leader or an emerging leader, <\/b>then please allow me to share with you what I feel are five of the most important learning points of your preparation process:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>You must learn and fully understand your call and role as a leader.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2. \u00a0Leaders must be willing to wait patiently on God\u2019s perfect timing for<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>their authority and position to be established.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Don\u2019t rush your<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">3. \u00a0 Leaders must be willing to change and\/or surrender former pleasures and<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>ambitions.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>They need to put themselves in last position and serve their<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>followers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">4. \u00a0 Leaders must pursue good mentors and continually draw strength and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">wisdom from them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">5. \u00a0 Leaders must hunger to grow and develop their talents and abilities and<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>communicative skills.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">It goes without saying that <b>the better the preparation, the better will be the leader.<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It always takes <b>good committed leaders<\/b> to advance their followers<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>to a position or level beyond the point of mediocrity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Poor Leaders don\u2019t get very far in the game of life. They usually self-destruct.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Good Leaders achieve some very good things with and through their team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Great Leaders<\/b> accomplish <b>great things,<\/b> tangible and intangible.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>They encourage their followers to collaborate their efforts with each other.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Just remember that all of us have a pretty large collection of bad habits that always weaken our chances to succeed in life.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>What you need to be working on all of the time as you prepare yourself for leadership is to be able to get rid of a bad habit by replacing it with a good one.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>A basic fact of life is simply that you as an individual do not know that<\/b> <b>which you do not know<\/b>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I will emphatically tell you that ignorance is not always bliss.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Knowledge and education are invaluable assets when operating a business for a profit. You see, you can only take a business or a group of followers to where you know how to go.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If you do not know how to get to a chosen place or goal, then you will stay where you already are,&#8230;or you will digress and drift backwards to a lesser position,&#8230;or you will just meander around until chaos breaks out or your group or organization simply disappears through attrition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The best way I know of to see if you are in fact a leader is to look over your own shoulder to see if anyone is actually following you. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If no one is there,&#8230;then you are not a leader.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Now let\u2019s define a good coach&#8230;&#8230;.a good mentor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Remember a coach\/mentor is a person who has been where you want to go and who is willing to help get to that same place or beyond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>A GOOD COACH:&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;A MENTOR<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Is a person who teaches men or women how to do what they ordinarily wouldn\u2019t do&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>So that they may become what they were originally designed to be.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Your mentor needs to be a very carefully and well chosen individual<\/b>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>He doesn\u2019t have to start out as a close personal friend, but if you choose the right one, he will indeed become a close or even your closest personal friend over a period of time.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Your mentor should have a personal financial interest in you and your business venture either directly or indirectly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>This would be a safety precaution on your part to insure you are given only the correct personal guidance as you endeavor to create your wealth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">You will sit at your mentor\u2019s feet and learn from him.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>You should at all times and in all circumstances show respect and kindness to the person who is investing their life into you.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Open, non-threatening, non-intimidating two-way communication must consistently flow between both of you at very regular intervals.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Knowledge, experience, wisdom, and guidance in the development of your business and people skills will be the outcome of this relationship.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The right mentor will always lift you to a higher level of achievement.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>You will know you have the right mentor when you continually enjoy and cherish the time you spend together.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>This personal relationship must work two ways&#8230;.up and down&#8230;.back and forth.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It can never be forced or uncomfortable.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Spontaneity works the best.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">It is fine to disagree with your mentor\u2019s advice&#8230;.but avoid open arguments as you will always lose, and personal respect could hang in the balance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Remember, no man is going to pour into the life of another, if there is nothing but argumentative response each time a teaching effort is given.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><b>Mutual respect and admiration are the by-products of a good mentor\/student relationship.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>You should absorb all that you can from your mentor. No subject or controversy can be regarded as off limits.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Total openness is to be the watchword of your personal relationship.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Just know that when something&#8230;.anything&#8230;. is good, right ,and proper in all of God\u2019s Creation,&#8230;.then it always gets better with time.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>That is particularly true in all personal relationships, especially your relationship with your chosen mentor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>EVERY LEADER&#8230;<\/b>No matter:&#8230;.who they are,&#8230;.what their position is&#8230;.the extent of their experience&#8230;or whether or not they are <b>emerging leaders <\/b>or <b>weathered veteran leaders&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.EVERY LEADER NEEDS MENTORS.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Regardless of your personal <b>situation, position, or circumstance,&#8230; you must always keep mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually growing and becoming more than you presently are, if you intend to stay in a leadership role.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Great leaders are always growing and becoming more and more each day of their lives.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>The best of all the leaders in the world of business conduct their leadership roles from the position of being at the front of business operations or performance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>They always permit their actions to do most of their talking.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>You Cannot push a rope, but you can lead a person who desires to be led and who wants to become more that they presently are.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Leaders Gotta Lead&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL AND TO CREATE GREAT WEALTH&#8230; YOU NEED TO DO TWO CRITICALLY IMPORTANT THINGS: 1.
