{"id":21401,"date":"2021-11-25T00:01:56","date_gmt":"2021-11-25T08:01:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/davesevern.com\/blog\/?p=21401"},"modified":"2021-11-24T23:34:22","modified_gmt":"2021-11-25T07:34:22","slug":"happy-thanksgiving-from-the-severn-family","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/davesevern.com\/blog\/happy-thanksgiving-from-the-severn-family\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy Thanksgiving From The Severn Family"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Happy Thanksgiving Everyone,<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Today is a special day. \u00a0A time to stop, pause, and give thanks. \u00a0Every year is different and this year is very different for our family. \u00a0Hard to believe, but today marks the 6th month since Poppa Severn (dad) passed away. \u00a0I am sure there are many others that are missing a loved one too for the first time this Thanksgiving. \u00a0Through it all, my siblings communicate more than they use to with each other even though up to 4000 miles separate us. \u00a0All of us are doing well. \u00a0Two of us have moved in the last two months and life is very busy and life is very different without Poppa Severn. \u00a0It has been a blessing as you all would agree to have this library that dad left us. \u00a0He was a great story teller and had a vast wealth of knowledge. \u00a0Just hearing his voice every week doesn&#8217;t seem like he is gone. \u00a0I personally want to thank all of you who continue to leave comments on these posts on how dad impacted you or how you enjoyed a certain article.
