{"id":18183,"date":"2020-01-01T00:01:48","date_gmt":"2020-01-01T08:01:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/davesevern.com\/blog\/?p=18183"},"modified":"2019-12-19T09:56:40","modified_gmt":"2019-12-19T17:56:40","slug":"happy-new-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/davesevern.com\/blog\/happy-new-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy New Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Happy New Year<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAs time always marches on\u2026\u2026\u2026.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2020 begins my 8th year publishing my website, DaveSevern.com and my weekly blog.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Life has been quite the adventure these past twelve years.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>My health is still not where I would like it to be.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>My heart is doing as well as it can after a very successful valve procedure last Spring.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The doctors say with the previous damage, my heart is as strong as its going to get. Two weeks ago on December 16th I successfully had a pacemaker\/defibrillator placed on my heart.\u00a0Age, arthritis, fatigue, and joint pain are the main issues with which I struggle today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">When I started this writing adventure my website was my main focus and a place to put my years of knowledge and understanding to help anyone who wanted to take advantage of it.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>However, when my programmer informed me that we would not be ready for a January 1, 2013 launch date, the idea of adding a blog site came about.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I now had a platform to get some samples of my writing out and also create some expanding<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>interest for my website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Over seven years have now passed since I started writing.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I have written more than I ever thought I would.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Over 1200 articles have been posted and many more waiting to be posted.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I also have several books in process of publication as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">For 2020 I am going to do something a little different in the presentation of my blog.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I need to spend more time on my books and getting them finished for publication.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>My passion has always been on my main website articles.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Therefore I am going to change up my blog postings and start sharing some of my earlier website articles thereby giving people a real taste of the scope and depth of my 43 years of accumulated operating experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">In a typical month I plan to share:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1 new video blog<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1 past article from either my leadership or spiritual believers sections<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1 past article from the 7 rotating sections of my website (Marriage, People of History, Manhood, Faith, Did You know, Special Subjects, Stories That Will Bless Your Heart)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1-2 new blog articles like I have done for the past seven years.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">As like in all things we do with our lives, the most creative ones are those which bless and benefit not only ourselves, but also the lives of others including our Creator,\u2026.God.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It was with this general overall aspect in mind that I created and initiated my website way back in late 2011.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The only way I know that it is benefitting other people is from your serious feedback comments.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Please let me hear from you\u2026.as your heart guides you in those comments. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Remember, what you don\u2019t use can\u2019t help you and you cannot use what you haven\u2019t learned.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Learning is paramount to production.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Success is based on personal productivity.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The more you know the more you are able to use and the more that will increase your personal productivity.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Become a weekly user of all the information on this website and watch your productivity increase, then leave me a comment of what has happened to you and your business efforts.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Connect all of the dots and then apply what you have learned every week to complete the production cycle.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>All ingredients (premier membership) will be the secret to your increased production.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Always remember thought produces knowledge, knowledge produces ideas, ideas produces words, words produces action, action produces effort, and effort produces results.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It is a process, so if you want different results than you presently have, you must first change how you think.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
