\"\"<\/a>In the realm of legality, a contract written or verbal is meant to be binding\u00a0on all parties to that contract.\u00a0 No escape hatches, no paths of retreat, no unilateral changing of terms are permissible.\u00a0 The contract terms carry all of the authority and hold all parties to this agreement to account. That is the way it all used to be in our great nation.<\/p>\n

From the very foundational establishment of our nation and the legal basis upon which it was built, the rule of law governed the conduct of man with his fellow man and their institutions. All human interaction and dealings\u00a0 were run to the extent possible in accordance with God and His Laws of Conduct.\u00a0 Things were of the truth and operated for the most part on that requirement….The Truth.<\/p>\n

Such truthful actions and activities were the foundation from which the saying came… \u201cContracts are made,… to be kept,..not to be broken!\u201d<\/p>\n

With the loosening of morality and the complete disregard for the rule of law by and between almost all of our society,… individual integrity and moral character seems to be slipping away as each generation passes.\u00a0 The lawyers themselves by virtue of there, in my opinion,… being too many of them,…have made a mockery of our legal system.\u00a0 There seems to be either no or a totally insufficient penalty system for the law-breakers and malcontents running loose in our home towns and neighborhoods today.<\/p>\n

Whenever there are no restraints, no penalties or inadequate penalties for committed crimes, then there is no fear of legal consequences by those who break the law.\u00a0 As a result no one seems to care whether or not what they do or fail to do has any effect on themselves or on other people.\u00a0 So the resulting attitude is \u201cSo What\u201d if it feels good or seems to be what is best for the perpetrator, then go right ahead and do it!\u00a0 Nobody cares!<\/p>\n

Budgetary cut-backs have reduced most local law enforcement staffing to below acceptable standards and so there develops a very dangerous and critical potential trouble looming just over the horizon for most communities today.<\/p>\n

We got to this tragic point because not enough people cared to stop the open and manipulated disregard for our own law!\u00a0 These detrimental changes were primarily put into place by the very people and entities who are designated to enforce the laws.<\/b><\/p>\n

As is almost always the case, the folks most hurt by these infractions within our communities are the good and law-abiding citizens.\u00a0 When the loving and caring parents work hard to teach, train, model, and equip their own children as to how to properly live their lives, be honest in all of their dealings, and how to live a life filled with integrity,… then some scandalous activities of law enforcement leaders, governmental leaders, or other folks of great influence wantonly disregard the laws of physical and moral behavior,…the example has been displayed,…it is allowed to go unpunished, and the children wonder why they have to be held so accountable by their tyrannical parents while they are in or around their home.<\/p>\n

Many attorneys and other lay-people today will quote the same old saying as stated above,… but they put their current-day \u201ctwist\u201d to it.\u00a0 They will say…\u201cContracts are made…to be broken.\u201d\u00a0 What a sad and sorrowful state of personal affairs we as a nation have allowed to reign in our precious country.<\/p>\n

Like all real problems which carry with them terrible and dangerous consequences, if left unattended and unsolved, things just quickly seem to get worse. \u00a0 Something must be done.\u00a0 That something solution has to start from the ground up not from the top down.\u00a0 Our population needs to begin re-educating our own children with good and godly Christian-Judeo principles of thought and deed.\u00a0 It all has to start with the parents, in the home.\u00a0 We can no longer rely on the public school system to teach and train up a child in the way he should go.\u00a0 We as citizens of a free country have allowed the governmental operations to completely remove God and His Word from our own educational institutions…with out even a fight!\u00a0 We have stood by and watched as illegal activities, rules, and regulations began to strip away the foundations of what parents were teaching their own children in lieu of what they were learning or being allowed to do while they were at school.<\/p>\n

Now hear this…..the federal government is not capable or even well able to\u00a0 do what our Creator God established as a parental obligation and personal responsibility.\u00a0 Parents, it is your job to teach and train up your own children…whether they or you… like it or not!<\/p>\n

All children in America today should be taught to always tell the truth!\u00a0<\/b> No matter what the circumstances or events surrounding them, the truth has to prevail at all times!\u00a0 If a child\u2019s or even their parent\u2019s mouths are moving and words are coming our of their mouths, then they should be truthful words….words of truth and filled with integrity.<\/p>\n

That quickly becomes a Herculean task in today\u2019s world since the concept of situational or relative truth and ethics, depending upon surrounding circumstances and participants, is now rampant in our society.<\/span><\/p>\n

You either want to do the right thing or you do not.\u00a0<\/b> It is one or the other.\u00a0 There can be no compromise when it comes to obeying and following the Laws of God.<\/b><\/p>\n

Just remember that God will always bless and reward submission and obedience to His Laws and Instructions.\u00a0 On the contrary, He will never bless and will always punish rebellion and disobedience to His Laws and Instructions.<\/b><\/p>\n

God has always been completely explicit and perfectly clear as to how He wants us all–his Creations–to live our lives and to conduct our performance.<\/b><\/p>\n

God teaches and demands absolute truth!\u00a0 <\/b>Any deviations, short-cuts, or circumventions to the truth are totally unacceptable to our heavenly Father.<\/p>\n

A point to always bear in mind whenever you are dealing with any other people is that even if others cannot tell if you are kidding, lying, or telling the truth,… you know and God knows!\u00a0 Hold yourself accountable to tell the absolute truth.\u00a0 There is really no other kind.<\/b><\/p>\n

People do what people see!\u00a0 Let your truthful moral character shine through all of your words and actions.\u00a0 Others will see it, and will catch it, and will duplicate it!<\/b><\/p>\n
