You Don’t Know,…What You Don’t Know

You Better Find Out, Your Life May Very Well Depend Upon You Knowing.

Living your life should be a long-term, growing, and learning experience. As you age and mature, you should be gaining more and more knowledge, understanding, and wisdom from all of your life experiences. Such experienced and acquired understanding accumulates as each and every year passes. The result, of course, is that a person should become wiser and know much more each and every year of his or her life. The more knowledge and wisdom a person gains, the more knowledge, wisdom, and evaluated experience one is then able to use and give to and to serve others.

The long-term effect of such personal internal growth is that life should get better and healthier, and more prosperous as a person grows older and wiser over the course of his or her life.

Oh, wouldn’t it be great if that was the real way that it all works out? Well, that is the way God designed it to work. But He gave all of His creation a freewill of choice, and that is why it doesn’t always work out the best way.

The trouble is that throughout your life you will be encountering and working with this strange part of God’s Creation known as men and women, i.e. people! And that fact throws a monkey wrench into all of the works by and between yourself and all other people. God Almighty really has a great sense of humor doesn’t He?

Well you best be serious about learning and using great people skills during your educational journey through life because you are definitely going to need them in order to survive and accomplish your desired personal success.

All of the success principles that have ever been discovered, tested, and proven are worth absolutely nothing if your personal physical health isn’t good or workable. The trouble with growing older is that as a person ages, their personal health and physical condition most usually deteriorates.

When a person is young, i.e. in their teens through twenties, he or she thinks they are invincible. They foolishly think they are going to live forever. They put off learning about how to take good care of their bodies, about proper nutrition, about longevity and legacy and all things else that deal with mortality. Why? Because they think they are going to live forever, and all too many of them have a great fear of death.

Many bad and unhealthy habits are learned and lived as the time clock of life continues to tick. Weight gets out of control. Eating habits deteriorate from good to bad. Physical exercise habits and efforts slowly drop off. Alcohol, tobacco, and yes even drugs may come into play. “No problem, these destructive habits are only temporary, right? I will get them under control and resolved…tomorrow.”

And then, all too soon, people wind up prematurely in the hospital, on the surgeon’s table, at the cancer treatment center, the assisted living apartment, or worse yet, the morgue.

Such would not have been the case had they only been willing to listen to the advice that was being given to them from society, the medical profession, their family and close friends, or the people who keep track of the annual human deaths and their causes.

There is no better example of what I am trying to communicate to you than me, personally. I am ashamed to admit it, but I was one of those wild and crazy young men who just knew he was invincible. I never once used drugs, but I did participate in most every other type of bad or wrong personal behavior. I didn’t do it to purposely hurt or damage any particular person or type of people,…I just did it because most everyone else with whom I hung out was doing those same type of crazy things. So why not try them?

Association with other people is either a very good and beneficial by-product or thing, or it can be a very bad one. It all depends on what a person is doing and what type and kind of people with whom a person associates.

I will tell you that if you associate with good, honest, righteous, and godly people, your life will be blessed and goodness and mercy will follow you. The opposite is also true. If you hang out with bad, dishonest, and harmful people with little or no moral character, who do lots of bad and destructive things to themselves and to others, then you are in for lots of suffering and misery as you live out your days here on earth.

Now I am not trying to preach to you about what or who you should be,… through the contents of this article. I am only trying to pass on to those who desire and choose to receive it, what I have learned the hard way, in hopes that if you are wise, and you will choose to learn from my broken nose rather than your own.

Physical health is supreme. Without it, you will be greatly limited in what you achieve and pass on to other people.

God Almighty is the manufacturer, so to speak, of every human being. He wrote the “Owner’s Manual” on the human body, its purpose and its use, together with its maintenance regimen and schedule. Everything He had to say is all recorded within the pages of the Holy Bible. Your job is to read this precious Book and learn what to do in order for you to be able to live a long, happy, healthy, and prosperous life.

3 John 2 NKJV:

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in
health, just as your soul prospers.”

Said a different way, your personal financial prosperity and good health is dependent first upon your soul prosperity.

Keep first things first,…and God will take care of everything else.

I learned some most interesting things from my medical doctor this week that I believe to be good and valuable information for you too. With love and peace towards and for you in my spirit, I would like to share what I learned in hopes that you will understand it and hopefully adopt and use this wisdom.

First allow me to share with you some facts about the most abundant resource on planet earth as given to all of its inhabitants by the Creator of the Universe, God Almighty…..WATER.

Water is a transparent and nearly colorless substance that is the main constituent of the Earth’s streams, lakes, and oceans; and the fluids of most living organisms. Its chemical formula is H2O, meaning that its molecule contains one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms, that are connected by covalent bonds (the bond formed by shared pairs of electrons between two atoms).

Water strictly refers to the liquid state of that substance, that prevails at standard ambient temperature and pressure; but it often refers also to its solid state (ice) or its gaseous state (steam or water vapor). It also occurs in nature as snow, sleet, glaciers, ice packs, and icebergs, clouds, fog, dew, rains, aquifers, and atmospheric humidity.

Water covers 71% of the Earth’s surface. It is vital for all known forms of life. On Earth, 96.5% of the planet’s crust water is found in seas and oceans, 1.7% in groundwater, 1.7% in glaciers and the ice caps of Antarctica and Greenland, a small fraction in other large water bodies, and
0.003% in the air as vapor, clouds (formed of ice and liquid water suspended in the air), and precipitation. A greater quantity of water is found in the earth’s interior.

Safe drinking water is essential to humans and other lifeforms even though it provides no calories or organic nutrients. Pure water is usually described as tasteless and odorless, although humans have specific sensors that can feel the presence of water in their mouths.

From a biologic standpoint, water has many distinct properties that are critical for the proliferation of life as we know it. It carries out this role by allowing organic compounds to react in ways that ultimately allow replication (repetition or copying).

All known forms of life depend on water. Water is vital both as a solvent in which many of the body’s solutes dissolve and as an essential part of many metabolic processes within the body. Metabolism is the sum total of anabolism and catabolism. In anabolism, water is removed from molecules (through energy requiring enzymatic chemical reactions) in order to grow larger molecules (e.g. starches, triglycerides and proteins for storage of fuels and information). In catabolism, water is used to break bonds in order to generate smaller molecules (e.g. glucose, fatty acids, and amino acids to be used for fuels for energy use or other purposes). Without water these particular metabolic processes could not exist.

Water is fundamental to photosynthesis and respiration. Photosynthetic cells use the sun’s energy to split off water’s hydrogen from its oxygen. Hydrogen is combined with CO2 (absorbed from air or water) to form glucose and release oxygen. All living cells use such fuels and oxidize the hydrogen and carbon to capture the sun’s energy and reform water and CO2 in the process (cellular respiration). Water is also central to acid-base neutrality and enzyme function.

Water is considered to be neutral, with a pH (the negative log of the hydrogen ion concentration) of 7. Acids have pH values less than 7 while bases have values greater than 7.

Water fit for human consumption is called drinking water or potable water.
Water that is not potable may be made potable by filtration or distillation, or by a range of other methods.

Water and its myriad of uses was given by God Almighty to the created universe which includes earth and all its inhabitants. It should never be taken for granted. But it should also be used for its created and intended purpose.

Most humans today do not understand the importance of water as it applies directly to their lives and good health. It is my intended desire as related to you readers and listeners to enlighten you as to those real and divinely intended uses and purposes that God Almighty designed for and how water is to be used in your own body.

Science tells us that for adult men, water comprises about 60% of their bodies. However, fat tissue does not have as much water as does lean tissue. In adult women, fat makes up more of the body than in men, so women have about 55% of their bodies made of water.

I do know that your personal physical health directly depends upon what you purposely allow into your mind and body by way of what you put into your own mind through your five senses, and what you put into your own mouth and other organs by way of what and how you eat, drink, inhale, touch, and clean yourself.

If you can now see that there are some things in your personal life that need to change, I challenge and urge you to make those needed changes immediately.

This following information comes from my licensed and practicing Medical Doctor, John L. Torquato, a graduate from Loma Linda University in Southern California. This information is given to you to help you take better care of your personal health and to add some time to your life as appropriate.

It is the most wise man or woman who learns and understands and then puts into practice the information that has now been given to you.

Are You thirsty? What will it be,…..WATER,…..or coffee, cola, or juice?

Peace And Love to All of You…………………………Poppa Bear
