You Will Know Them By Their Fruits

You Will Know Them By Their Fruits

(15) “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s
clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

(16)  You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes
from thorn bushes or figs from thistles?

(17)  Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree
bears bad fruit.

(18). A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear
good fruit.

(19). Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and
thrown into the fire.

(20). Therefore by their fruits you will know them.”

MATTHEW 7 : 15–20 NKJV

The world is ordered and balanced and in perfect harmony with all that is in or on it. It was divinely designed and engineered to operate and produce everything that was needed to complete and fulfill God’s original plan for the earth and for mankind. Our Creator, God Almighty, makes no mistakes. He is in control of everything that is or has existed on earth from the beginning of time and history. It all started at the moment of Creation as is all recorded within the pages of Holy Scripture in the Book of Genesis, Chapters 1 & 2.

Facts are facts and they do not change. They are unarguable because of their constant existence regardless of people, time, or circumstance. The Word of God is a written record of the True Truth of and in the life of mankind. According to the Word of God, all of the creation process occurred in six days (six full 24-hour days) and then God rested from His labors on the seventh day,…on the Sabbath.

You never violate God’s Laws,…you only confirm them.

Included in the creation process, every living thing on and in the earth has within itself a “seed of creative reproduction.” And every seed of reproduction was miraculously created with the ability to reproduce (procreate) itself in exact same kind, type, and manner. Trees reproduce more like kind trees. Dogs reproduce more like kind dogs, and people reproduce more of their kind….more people. Never in the history of mankind have two different types or species of created things ever been able to crossbreed and produce any kind of living hybrid. Trees cannot procreate with flowers, dogs cannot crossbreed with cats, and people cannot crossbreed with animals. That is just the way that God designed things to work and exist. It is for these explicit and factual reasons that the process of the evolution of species as hypothesized by Charles Darwin has never been proven,…only theorized. Remember, you never violate God’s Laws,…you only confirm them.

This is how it is all laid out within the pages of the Bible. This is how God wanted and designed everything to work in perfect harmony and balance.

God spoke the world into existence

Genesis 1 : 24—31 : NKJV

(24)  “Then God said, ‘Let the earth bring forth the living
creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing
and beast of the earth, each according to its kind’ and
it was so.

(25)  And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind,
cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on
the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was
good.

(26)  Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according
to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of
the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over
all the earth and every creeping thing that creeps on
the earth.’

(27)  So God created man in His own image; in the image of
God He created him; male and female He created them.

(28)  Then God blessed them and God said to them, ‘Be fruitful
and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion
over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over
every living thing that moves on the earth.

(29)  And God said, ‘See I have given you every herb that yields
seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree
whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.

(30)  Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air,
and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which
there is life, I have given every green herb for food’
and it was so.

(31)  Then God saw that everything that He had made, and
indeed it was very good. So the evening and the
morning were the sixth day.”

Genesis 1 : 24-31 NKJV

Permit me to ask you a thought provoking question. Have you ever recognized God as the Ultimate Leader of the Universe? Not only did He create the Universe, redeem humankind, innovate with entrepreneurial energy, and act as a maverick–He also leads. You see, God certainly had the strength and power to have ruled and redeemed the earth on His own, He chose to include mortal man and woman in His plans. God could have limited His creation to animals of instinct–but He didn’t. He created human beings with a free will of their own,…men and women who must choose to follow His leadership according to His plan. God always brings others with Him.

God, as all good leaders do, always initiates actions and activities. He initiated the creation of the universe. He initiated the birth of our species. He also initiated the redemption process, extending Himself to us so that we might be saved.

Permit me to encourage you, as you read the Holy Scriptures, to carefully watch how often God Almighty demonstrates His magnificent leadership. He truly is the Ultimate Leader!

An event occurred at the beginning of the 20th century that wraps a blanket of understanding around the entire subject matter of this discussion. I would like to share with you. God gave the responsibility of educating, equipping, and preparing their own children to the mother and father of said children. Such an important responsibility was not to be shrugged off, abandoned, delegated, or assigned to any other person or institution.

Woodrow Wilson was the President of Princeton University (located in the state of New Jersey) from 1902 to 1910–8 years before being elected to the office of President of the United States.

During his tenure as president of Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson was once asked to speak to a parent’s group whose children were enrolled and studying at Princeton. He fielded many questions and inquiries of the parents concerning the operation, style, content, and purpose of the education regimen that the University was providing to its students.

His reply to a very pointed and almost critical inquiry from one of the parents in the audience strikes at the very heart of the proper upbringing of children and their proper preparation for life from birth all the way to a formal college education. President Wilson said, in part:

“I get many letters from you parents about your children. You want to know why we people up here in Princeton can’t make more out of them and do more for them. Permit me to tell you the exact reason we can’t.
My comments may shock you just little, but I am not trying to be rude.

The reason is that they are your sons and daughters, reared in your homes, blood of your blood, bone of your bone. They have absorbed the ideals of your homes. You have formed and fashioned them. They are your sons and daughters. In those beginning years of their lives,…in those malleable, moldable years of their lives,…you have forever left your imprint upon them.”

While most parents hope their children will enjoy a higher standard of living than they themselves have experienced, what many parents fail to realize is that a child will rarely exhibit a higher standard of morality, ambition, and godliness than that which his parents displayed.

We can never expect a teacher, pastor, mentor, counselor, friend, or Sunday school teacher to impart to our children that which only we as parents can give or do. You, dear parents, are the main “Star” in your children’s life. All others are merely supporting actors.”

God Almighty designed all of His created people to be successful. He makes no junk. He makes no mistakes. He has a plan and specific purpose for each human being on this earth, no matter who they are, where they live, what their level of intelligence, or what their perceived capabilities. He designed them all for success and He engineered them all for greatness.

Your life, giftedness, talents, and abilities are indeed God’s gift to you. What you do with His gifts is your gift back to Him. Leave this world a better place than what it was when you arrived into it.

Peace and Love to All of You…………………Poppa Bear
